Pershing Named as a No Place for Hate School!
The Anti-Defamation League honored Pershing Middle School as a No Place for Hate School!
A banner presentation was held on Friday, May 14, 2010 at 8:50am in the auditorium. Mr. Martin Cominsky, the Regional Director presented Pershing with our banner to display proudly on campus.
Currently only 11 HISD schools have the honor of being a No Place for Hate school.
Way to go Pandas!

Congratulations to our HISD Secondary Teacher of the Year
Mr. Brandon Kimble (7th Grade Math) has done it again, being selected as the HISD Secondary Teacher of the Year, continuing his long list of awards as Teacher of the Year by Pershing MS, the West Region and the Texas Middle School Association.
Now Mr. Kimble will go on to participate in the state's regional competition. Go Pandas!!!
